Counseling is purposely designed to assist individuals by providing biblical and psychological counsel in marital and family relationships, communication, intimacy, parenting, grief and loss, anger, interpersonal struggles, and spiritual development. Our counselors have undergone extensive training, ongoing supervision, and continuing education in order to offer counsel that addresses the needs of our congregants. Compass is an in-depth class that weaves together theology, spirituality, and psychology. It teaches life-skills that are important in understanding yourself, your family, and other interpersonal relationships. It explores psychological tools that originate in God’s Word. It covers subjects that range from a biblical worldview to chemical dependency, family systems, anger, change, intimacy, depression, boundaries, "Why Christian Kids Rebel", and many other relevant topics. You will be able to base your self-worth on the acceptance, forgiveness and love of Jesus Christ. Separation and divorce can be one of the most painful and stressful experiences a person faces. It can be a time of isolation and a time of many questions. Griefshare is a biblically based support group for people who are grieving If you are experiencing the death of a spouse, child, family member or friend, the group will help you through the deep hurt you feel. New Directions is for people who struggle with a homosexual orientation who often find themselves caught in a cycle of emptiness, pain, compulsive behaviors and intensive dependencies. This program will enable a person to learn life skills that are based on the truth of what Jesus did on the cross and His power to heal sexual brokenness. Pillars is designed to facilitate the 60+ seniors (married and single) in serving one another and the greater church body. Monthly potluck dinners, fellowship and a monthly newsletter spotlight this important ministry.

Celebrate Recovery is a weekly Christ-centered 12 step program to help you discover God’s healing for hurts, habits and hang-ups in a safe, confidential and Christ-centered atmosphere.
